Scalp Doctor® is owned and operated by Mark Fitzgibbons, a highly skilled and passionate practitioner who has trained one-on-one with leading SMP artists worldwide. Mark holds an NVQ Level 4 in SMP, the highest qualification in the industry, and is among an elite group of only three practitioners in the UK who comply with the medical standards of the British Association Hair Restoration Surgery (BAHRS) for scalp micropigmentation.

In recognition of his expertise, Mark was invited to speak at the International Congress of Ukrainian Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (USHRS) in February 2021 and at the BAHRS Conference later that year. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions and scheduling conflicts, Mark was unable to attend these events.
